摘要 火电厂高噪声设备多、分布广,且呈立体布局,其噪声成分复杂,低、中、高频段噪声均有分布,环境影响较大,需根据各声源特征及环境保护需求,采取针对性的降噪措施。以某燃煤火电厂环境影响评价中的噪声源数据,应用Sound PLAN软件进行模拟计算,预测厂界、环境敏感点的噪声值,针对各噪声源强对关注点的贡献值,提出如下噪声防治措施:1#、2#、3#环境敏感点距离厂界较近,且受多个声源影响,拟实施环保搬迁;汽机房厂房内壁面拟做吸声处理以降低对4#敏感点、北厂界噪声影响;冷却塔四周拟设置通风消声装置以降低对南侧、东侧厂界噪声影响。 Equipments with high noise in thermal power plant have a wide and stereoscopic distribution. The noises are composed of low frequency, middle frequency and high frequency. The impact is therefore significant. Specific noise controlling measures should be taken according to different noise source characteristics and the specific environmental requirements. In this paper, SoundPLAN software is introduced to predict the noise values of the plant boundary and acoustic sensitive spots using the noise source data of a certain thermal power plant. According to the results, The following noise controlling measures are proposed: 1#,2#,3# acoustic sensitive spots should he moved as they are close to plant boundary and are affected by multiple sound sources ; the inner wall of the steam engine room should adopt sound absorption treatment to reduce the impact on 4# sensitive spot and north plant boundary; and noise abatement devices around the two cooling towers should be installed to reduce the impact on south and east plant boundary.
