摘要
选取江苏省市场上两种占有率较高的总氮水质自动监测分析仪,通过实测数据分析研究了造成总氮自动监测数据异常波动的主要干扰因素。结果显示,岛津TNP4110分析仪的总氮监测结果与水体浊度变化呈极显著相关;DKK(哈希)NPW-150分析仪的总氮监测结果与水体浊度相关性不明显,但总磷分析过后残留的未清洗干净的试剂易对总氮的监测结果产生干扰。结论为岛津TNP4110总氮分析仪受浊度干扰,且浊度越高总氮监测结果越高;DKK(哈希)NPW-150总氮分析仪受总磷分析试剂的干扰。
The paper chooses two dominant types of water quality automatic analyzers for monitoring total nitrogen (TN) in Jiangsu market to study major interference factors that lead to the abnormal data fluctuation. The results show that the TN monitoring data of Shimadzu TNP-4110 correlates highly significantly with the turbidity variation; there is no significant correlation between the TN monitoring data of DKK NPW-150 and the turbidity, but the residue reagent after analyzing total phosphorus (TP) is easy to interfere the result of TN monitoring data. It can be concluded that the monitoring results of Shimadzu TNP-4110 are affected by turbidity, and the TN monitoring results rise as the turbidity increases; the monitor results of DKK NPW-150 are affected by TP analytical reagents.
