摘要
目的:通过应用眼轮匝肌复合组织瓣在眼部的不同应用达到眼部动态与静态美相结合。方法:利用在眼部系列美容手术中的眼轮匝肌复合组织瓣对眼部外形(单睑、肿眼泡、上睑松弛、上睑凹陷、眼球突出、内眦赘皮、第一黄金点不佳、卧蚕缺如、睑袋形成、鱼尾纹等)以及面部表情肌进行调整,对眼部异物予以处理,整复眼部衰老征象等。结果:眼部外形得到了美的调整,参与面部愉快表情的肌肉加强,眼部异物予以处理、眼部衰老征象得到改善。结论:通过应用眼轮匝肌复合组织瓣在眼部的不同应用可以达到眼部动态与静态美的结合。
Objective To reconstruct the active and silence smiling-fascination appearance eyes by uses of orbicularis oculi muscle complex flaps in blepharoplasty aesthetic and plastic operations. Methods To reshape the shape,muscular,remove the foreign matters and aging appearance of eyes through a series of operations. Results We have made the active and silence smiling-fascination appearance eye by operations,strengthen the smiling-fascination muscles,removed the foreign matters and aging appearance of eyes by operations. Conclusion It is very safe and effective to reconstruct the active and silence smiling-fascination appearance eyes by operations.
