摘要
目的：探讨改良重睑成形术治疗老年性上睑皮肤松弛伴上睑内翻倒睫的临床疗效。方法：62例124眼上睑内翻倒睫患者行改良重睑成形术,上睑采用不等边梯形设计去除多余的皮肤,用5-0丝线在眼睑中、外、内分别作3根固定缝线,悬挂睑板上;伴睑板瘢痕性增厚者联合HOTZ法,在上睑缘内唇上约3mm处做与睑缘平行的宽约2~3mm楔形条状睑板部分切除。结果：随访0.5~1年,最长观察两年,重睑形态自然,未见倒睫复发。结论：这种改良的联合术式达到了较好的美容效果,解决了倒睫带来的不适。
Objective The paper explores the treatment effect of eyelid blepharoplasty on the senile cutis laxa of upper eyelid with entropion and trichiasis. Methods Modified blepharoplasty was carried out on 62 cases of 124 eye lid entropion;equilateral trapezoid was employed to remove excess skin;3 fixed suture with 5-0 thread was set in the eyelid,the outer,inner respectively,hanging with tarsal meibomian.HOTZ method was combined with modified blepharoplasty to do a 2-3mm wedge strip resection on palpebral margin parallel to tarsal about 3mm above the eyelid inner lips on cicatricial entropion patients. Results The patients were followed up for 6-12 months with the longest observation being 2 years and natural double eyelid shape was observed with no trichiasis recurrence. Conclusion The modified joint operation achieved better cosmetic effect and solved the trichiasis discomfort.
