摘要
体育院校的根本任务是适应社会主义现代化建设的需要,培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的体育专门人才。新时期体育院校学生表现出了一些新特点,如何针对这些新特点,提高教学水平和管理水平,促进学生素质的全面提高,是学校、教师和辅导员所面临的现实问题。研究从宏观环境变化、工作职责和努力方向三个方面论述辅导员责任担当的重要性,旨在为辅导员提升自身业务能力提供参考。
The ultimate mission of Sport Colleges is to a-dapt to the need of Socialist modernization. To develop qualified physical education major talents who have a dream,with moral integrity,have been well-educated,will be self-disciplined. New period,students in Sport Colleges put up new characteristics. How to aim at these character-istics to improve teaching level and management level, promoting the qualities of students are real problems which the school. The teacher and the instructor are fa-cing. This article from the changes of macro-environment responsibilities and the direction of efforts to discuss the importance of bear responsibility for the instructor. Be aimed at provide a reference to the instructor to improve the abilities themselves.
