摘要
为提高柴油机的燃烧和排放性能,研究了不同喷嘴结构形状对内部油液流动状况的影响,利用CFD软件对四种变截面喷孔内三维流场进行了模拟仿真并进行了分析。结果可知:轴截面呈倒锥、正锥、双曲线和椭圆的四种变截面喷孔中空穴和油液流动状态均发生很大变化,进而影响了喷孔出口处的质量流率和雾化效果,其中燃油雾化效果最好的是轴截面呈倒锥的喷孔,呈正锥的喷孔雾化效果最差。
It was studied in order to improve the combustion and emission performance of diesel engine.By using CFD software,the three dimensional flow fields inside four kinds of variable cross-section nozzles were simulated and analyzed.The cavity and the oil flow state in different axial cross-section cones:the inverted,positive,hyperbola and elliptical shape all have very big changes,which then greatly affect the mass flow rate and the atomizing effect at the orifice exit.The atomization effect of the nozzle in the shape of inverted cone is the best,while the worst in the shape of positive cone.
