摘要
餐饮具集中消毒是一种新兴的、我国特有的服务产业,它兴起于上世纪90年代,如今已在全国得到普及。但其卫生监管由于国家政策及部门职能调整,一直未能得到有效规范,隐患较多。尤其是在2004年国家取消对餐饮具集中消毒单位的卫生许可后,卫生监管一度落后。文章从餐饮具集中消毒的现状出发,着重分析了其发展历史及存在的问题,并提出了制订地方标准等建议。
Tableware disinfection concentration is a new and unique service industry in China, which emerged in the 1990 s, has now gained popularity throughout the country.But its regulation because of national policy and department of public health function adjustment, has been unable to effectively regulate and hidden trouble.Especially in 2004 countries to cancel of tableware concentrated disinfection units hygiene license, health supervision once backward.In this paper, starting from the status quo of disinfection of tableware concentrated, analyzed its development history and the existing problems, and puts forward the local standards.
