摘要
随着高等教育现代化的快速推进,大学生就业问题日益成为社会关注的焦点。大学生就业过程中存在责任体系不完善、责任目标不明确等问题,可以通过对大学生就业过程中政府、高校、教师、学生、社会等不同主体责任的界定,切实促进政府完善管理服务功能。高校明晰并坚决执行办学目标定位,大学生积极做好职业生涯规划,社会积极促进产业经济健康协调发展,从而积极构建"五维一体"的大学生就业协同分担机制,可以促进大学生充分有效就业。
With the rapid progress of modernization of higher education, the employment problem of college students has increasingly become the focus of social concern and difficulty. Because the process of college students employment in the presence of the responsibility system is not perfect, the objectives of the responsibility is not clear and other outstanding issues, quasi defined by the government, the employment of university students in the colleges and universities, teachers, students, society and other different main body responsibility, effectively promoting the government to improve the manage- ment of university service function, clear and resolutely implement the education target orientation, college students actively do a good job career planning, the society actively promote a healthy and harmonious development of industrial economy, actively building the so called ＂five in one＂ college students＇ employment collaborative sharing mechanism, promote the university students＇ full and effective employment.
