摘要
煤与瓦斯突出预测是预防煤矿瓦斯重大事故的前提,煤与瓦斯突出预测工作不能仅仅依靠单项指标作为判别依据,应该依据矿井实际考察结果制定相应的指标值。本文在采用SPC控制图法进行相关数据样本的上限计算时发现,在不同的矿井条件下,突出预测指标的上控制限值和《防突规定》上提供的数值有较大的差别。在实际现场,随着钻孔深度的变化,煤体受影响大小不同,临界值设置也应该不同。在煤矿现场采用单项指标预测前方突出危险性时,各个钻孔深度的预测指标值都满足随着钻孔深度增加,考察指标先增大,到了最大值后又变小的规律。在现场应用SPC控制图法对突出指标进行上控制限分析时制定了各个钻孔深度下的单项指标敏感值,为及时发现危险性预兆提供帮助。
Coal and gas outburst prediction is premise of mine gas major accidents, coal and gas outburst prediction work cannot only rely on single index as distinguishing rule, the corresponding parameter values should be made according to practical exploratory of mine. SPC control chart method is adopted to calculate data sample upper limit, the outburst prediction index on the control limit is quite different from Outburst Prevention Provisions under different mining condition.As the change of drill hole depth, the influence to coal body is different, the critical value set should be different. When using single index to predict danger, the drilling depth prediction indexes with the increase of drilling depth, examining index increases first, when reaches the maximum then reduces. SPC control chart method is used to settle the various drilling depth of single parameter sensitive value, which provides reference for the prediction of danger in time.
