摘要
目的探讨个性化护理在骨科糖尿病患者围术期的应用效果。方法选取该院自2013年1月至2014年1月收治的60例骨科糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组根据患者不同心理、病情及个性化需求给予个性化护理干预,观察患者术后3、6个月的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖指标及糖尿病自我护理能力评分情况。结果观察组患者在术后3、6个月的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的自我护理能力评分明显大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予骨科糖尿病患者个性化护理能够有效控制患者血糖水平,提高患者生活质量,有助于疾病恢复。因此,该方法值得推广应用。
Objective To study the application effect of personalized nursing during orthopedic perioperative period in diabetic patients.Methods 60 orthopedic patients with diabetes in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the observation group（n=30）and the control group（n=30）.The control group was given the traditional nursing mode,while the observation group received the personalized nursing intervention according to the different psychology,disease condition and personlized demands of the patients.The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2hblood glucose and diabetes self care ability in postoperative3,6months were observed in the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2hblood glucose levels in postoperative 3,6months in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;meanwhile,the score of self-care ability in the observation group was obviously greater than that in the control group,showing the statistical difference between them（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Conducting the personalized nursing in the orthopedic diabetic patients can effectively control the blood sugar levels,improve the patient′s quality of life,contributes to disease recovery.Therefore,this method is worthy of popularization and application.
