摘要
《论语》"攻乎异端,斯害也已"章歧解颇多。文章从同一时期用例的角度提出"异端"当为歧技小道,进而指出"攻"字当训为"治"。通过指出"也已"为句末语气词,故以辞例推出"斯"为承接连词,"害"当释为祸患。连起来说,"攻乎异端,斯害也已"应当释为"专治歧技小道,乃是祸患啊"。
The interpretations of＂Gong Hu Yi Duan,Si Hai Ye Yi＂in The Analects of Confucius are numerous.The authors of the paper analyze language usage of that period of time and argue that the word＂Yi Duan＂means＂lateral branch＂and ＂side road＂,that the word ＂Gong ＂means＂deal with＂,that the word ＂Ye Yi＂is a functional word,that the word ＂Si＂is a conjunction,that the word＂Hai＂means＂disaster＂and the sentence means＂It will be a disaster only to deal with lateral branches and side roads（minor problems）＂.
