摘要
在研究数控机床直线伺服电机伺服性能的基础上,对负载突变工况下的控制策略进行研究。针对数控机床直线电机所受多种非线性因素建立了动力学模型,并且对比了直接驱动方式与滚珠丝杠+旋转电机传递方式的不同。在展示数控机床直线电机所面对的特殊问题的基础上有针对性地提出了模糊PID控制策略,并通过实验验证了该控制策略的效果。
Based on the servo performance of CNC machine tool linear servo motor on the condition of the load‐mutation ,the control strategies were studied .According to multiple nonlinear factors ,we established the dynamic model of a CNC machine linear motor , and compared the difference between direct drive mode and ball screw + rotary motor mode ,demonstrating the particularity of CNC machine linear motor .On this basis ,a fuzzy PID control strategy for the CNC machine tool linear servo motor was put forward ,and the control result was verified .
