摘要
成果转化日益成为高校延伸其社会服务职能的一个重要组成部分。目前科技成果转化率偏低的现状,是我国实施创新驱动发展战略过程中面临的突出问题,而体制机制是影响科技成果转化的关键因素。本文从分析制约高校成果转化的制度障碍入手,以高校自主建设的专业从事成果转化的机构为样本,探索通过制度创新设计来推动科技成果转化的新路径。
Achievements transformation has became an important part of university social service function. For the reason of low achievements transformation rate,which is a serious problem in facing implementation of innovation promoting development strategy in China,the system and mechanism turned into the key factor affecting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of university. By analyzing the institutional barriers,institutional innovation of new type scientific institutions which founded by universities are studied,and new path through institutional innovation to promote transformation of scientific and technological achievements of university is explored in this paper.
