摘要
【目的】探寻薰衣草中特征无机元素的分布规律及其与品种之间的关系。【方法】采用微波消解、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定并分析了3个品种28个薰衣草样品中13种无机元素。将无机元素含量数据进行标准化处理后,进行主成分分析,聚类分析和因子分析。【结果】主成分分析表明累积方差的80.3%来自前5个主成分。通过主成分载荷分析,品种C-197(2)可通过元素B、Mg来识别,法国蓝和H-701判别元素分别为Mn、Fe、Al和K。聚类分析可以实现对薰衣草品种的初步判别。根据因子分析,薰衣草花中的特征元素为Mn、Fe、Al、B、Mg。【结论】通过无机元素的主成分和聚类分析,可很好判别3个品种,并在一定程度表征出薰衣草品种多样性的分化,能够使用特征无机元素做为薰衣草品种的判别测量指标之一。
[Objective] The research explored the distribution of inorganic characteristics elements in lavender and the relationship between inorganic elements and varieties. [Method] The content of inorganic elements in lavender was determined by using ICP-AES, microwave digestion. Determination and analysis of 13 kinds of inorganic elements in the three varieties of 28 lavender samples. Principal component analysis, cluster analysis and factor analysis were applied to analyze and compare the determination results after data standardizing. [ Result ] The principal component analysis results showed that the first five principal components accounted for above 80.3% of the cumulative variances. The recognition elements of C-197(2) are B, Mg. French blue and H-701's discrimination elements are Mn, Fe, Al, and K respectively. Clustering analysis can be achieved preliminary determination of the varieties of lavender. According to the factor analysis, characteristic elements of lavender flowers for Mn, Fe, Al, B, Mg. [ Conclusion] Through the principal component analysis of inorganic elements, we can be very good discriminant three varieties. The results also showed that there was good correspondence for the lavender species diversity to a certain extent of differentiation, and 13 kinds of inorganic characteristics element content to be able to use as one of lavender varieties discriminant measurements.
