摘要
全国电大系统在开放教育教学过程中形成了许多不同的教学模式,不论哪种教学模式很大程度上都要依靠学生自主学习。因学生基础较差且对开放教育教学模式不适应,自主学习的效果并不理想,所以迫切需要教师的学习引领。实现引领式学习的前提是充沛的教师队伍,这只能依托网络组建教学团队来实现教师队伍的"扩充",在整合的基础上实现全省电大系统教师的"复用"。同时,改变课程评价方式,形成三维一体的学习支持服务体系,将课程评价考核与教、学、做融为一体,以过程评价为杠杆激励和调动学生主动学习的积极性和学习热情,应是今后教师在开放教育教学中的新常态。
The Radio Television university system has formed many different teaching models in the teaching process of open education. These different teaching models essentially depend on the autonomous study of students. However, the effect of autonomous study is not ideal. It is mainly because that the students are not used to the open education, and lots of students have poor academic foundation. Therefore, these students urgently need teachers' guidance. The sufficient teaching staff is the premise of the leading learning, which is achieved by the formation and expansion of the network teaching team, and is reused in our province on the basis of integration. Meanwhile, we should change the curriculum evaluation methods, and make a trio-system of supporting service for learning.We should take the process evaluation as the lever to encourage the students to study. This should be the new normal teaching in the future of open education.
