摘要 为了研究泛影葡胺对犬泌尿系统的造影效果,选用8只健康成年犬,研究不同浓度泛影葡胺的造影效果、犬尿路静脉造影的最适剂量和最佳的拍摄时间。结果表明:30%和60%泛影葡胺的造影效果差别明显。60%泛影葡胺剂量造影,肾盂和输尿管影像清晰,造影成功率高;在浓度相同时,泌尿系统对泛影葡胺的代谢速率较快,且左肾和右肾的代谢速度也不一样;复方泛影葡胺造影的最佳浓度为60%,拍摄最佳时间为推注后5 min,且必须在推注后10 min内完成拍摄X光片。 In order to study the meglumine diatrizoate contrast agent effect on canine urinary system,we selected 8 healthy adult canines and used different concentrations of the maglumine diatrizoate to study the optimal dose and the best shooting time. The results showed that the difference was obvious between 30 % meglumlne diatrizoate and 60 % meglumine diatrizoate contrast agent. Used 60 % meglumine dlatrizo- ate to radiography,the success rote is much higher ,and the image of pelvis and ureter were clear. The metabolic rate of the urinary system meglumine diatrizoate was faster,and the left kidney was different to the right kidney. The optimal dose of imeglumine diatrizoate is 60 % and the best shooting time is after injecting 5 minutes,and we must complete the shooting of X ray film within 10min when we injected imeglumine diatrizoate.
