摘要
以淀粉型甘薯品种济徐23为材料,研究秧苗素质对块根分化建成和产量的影响。结果表明,与弱苗处理相比,壮苗处理的幼根发育早、发育好;壮苗处理的分化根中,初生形成层的活动能力更强,次生形成层分布范围广;栽植后20~30 d,壮苗处理显著提高了分化根中玉米素核苷(ZR)的含量;栽植后40 d,壮苗处理显著提高了分化根中脱落酸(ABA)的含量。在块根膨大期间,壮苗处理的块根膨大速率始终高于弱苗处理,而T/R值始终低于弱苗处理。与弱苗处理相比,壮苗处理单株结薯数增加17.53%,块根产量提高10.76%。
Taken a starch sweetpotato varlety' Jixu 23 ' as tested material, the effect of its seedling quality on the forrna^on and yield of tuber root was studied. The results showed that compared with weak seedlings, strong seedlings' mot developed earlier and better than that of weak seedlings. In the differentiation roots of strong seedlings' treatment, its newbem cambium activity was stronger, and secondary layer formed wide distribution; After planting 20 - 30 d, strong seedlings' treatment significantly increased the differentiation of roots zeatin rlboside (ZR) content, and after planting 40 d, strong seedlings' treatment significantly increased the abscisic acid (ABA) content of differentiation roots. During root enlargement,the root enlargement rate d strong seedlings ' treatment was always higher than that of weak seedlings, and T / R value was always less than that of weak seedlings. Strong seedlings ' production inereased by10. 76 % , and the number of tubers by 17.53 %.
