鹅喉羚的死亡原因分析及致病菌的鉴定

摘要 为了分析2015年2月北京动物园一只2岁龄左右鹅喉羚(Gazella subgutturosa)的死亡原因,对其尸体进行剖检.结果发现:其心肌与右肺粘连,并形成直径约1.5 cm的脓肿,经细菌培养分离到1株纯粹菌株,鉴定后确定为1株化脓隐秘杆菌(Trueperella pyogenes),编号1507.对其16S rRNA基因进行测序,并构建其系统发育树.结果表明菌株1507与Gen Bank数据库中化脓隐秘杆菌GQ202628等同源性达99%以上. A goitred gazelle of two years′ old in Beijing zoo died in 2015 February. The body was necropsied to find the reason of death. The results showed that the myocardial was adhesive to the right lung,and formed the abscess about 1.5 cm. By culture,a strain of bacteria was isolated and identified as Trueperella pyogenes,No. 1507. The sequencing of 16 S r RNA gene was conducted. Meanwhile the phylogenetic tree was constructed,which demonstrated that the homology of bacterial strain1507 with Trueperella pyogenes(GQ202628)from Gen Bank was up to 99%.
