摘要
目的探讨护理干预对老年重症肺炎并发呼吸机相关性肺炎的作用。方法选取2012年1月~2014年12月我科收治的96例老年重症肺炎并发呼吸机相关性肺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各48例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上进行护理干预。以两组患者发生呼吸机相关性肺炎后使用呼吸机的时间、平均住院天数及治疗总有效率作为评价指标。结果干预组发生呼吸机相关性肺炎后使用呼吸机的时间、平均住院天数明显短于对照组;治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论加强老年重症肺炎并发呼吸机相关性肺炎的患者的护理干预,可明显减少患者呼吸机使用时间及住院时间,提高治疗总有效率,效果显著。
Objective To explore the nursing intervention of elderly severe pneumonia complicated by the role of ventilator associated pneumonia. Methods To choose between January 2012 and December 2012, our hospital 96 cases of elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with ventilator associated pneumonia as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, each group of 48 cases. The control group given routine nursing care, intervention group on the basis of conventional nursing care intervention. In two groups of patients with ventilator associated pneumonia after using breathing machine in time, the average hospitalization days and the total effective treatment as evaluation indexes.Results Intervention group in ventilator associated pneumonia after using breathing machine time, average hospitalization days shorter than the control group obviously; Total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the severe pneumonia complicated with nursing intervention in patients with ventilator associated pneumonia, can obviously reduce the patient＇s breathing machine use time and hospital stay, increase the total effective rate, the effect is remarkable.
