摘要
目的评价小柴胡汤合金铃子散治疗慢性胆囊炎临床疗效,为临床医生参考。方法选择两年内就诊于河南中医学院一附院消化科门诊的慢性胆囊炎患者76例,随机分为对照组36例,治疗组40例。两组均予低脂饮食及西医对症支持治疗,治疗组予小柴胡汤合金铃子散加减口服,观察其临床症状改善情况,评价疗效。结果治疗组有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,无明显不良反应。结论在慢性胆囊炎患者治疗过程中,本方案具有良好疗效,不良反应轻微,可供临床医生参考。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of chronic cholecystitis treated with Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Jinlingzi Powder to reference for clinicians. Methods 76 chronic cholecystitis patients choose within two years of treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of TCM department of gastroenterology outpatient cases. Randomly divided into 36 cases in the control group and 40 cases in treatment group. The two groups were both treated with low fat diet and basic therapy. The treatment group were gave chinese medicine to observe the improvement of clinical symptoms. Results The treatment group was higher than the control one,P〈0.05,and no adverse reaction appearance. Conclusion In the treatment of chronic cholecystitis patients, this program has good curative effect, adverse reactions are mild, can be used for reference to the clinician.
