摘要
目的探究肩锁关节脱位患者采用锁骨钩钢板治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2014年3月~2015年4月收治的56例肩锁关节脱位患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组35例患者选择锁骨钩钢板的治疗,对照组21例患者选择常规治疗,观察患者的治疗效果以及功能恢复情况。结果实验组治疗优良率为94.29%,对照组治疗优良率为80.95%,两组患者的治疗优良率差异较为显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肩锁关节脱位患者采用锁骨钩钢板治疗,操作简便,复位效果好,优良率高,肩关节的功能得到较快较好的恢复,并发症少,可在临床上广泛推荐。
Objective Clavicle hook plate treatment method and its effect in treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation are to be studied. Methods Choose 56 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation who are treated in hospital from March 2014 to April 2015 and separate them into two groups at random; 35 patients in study group are given clavicle hook plate treatment, while 21 patients in control group are given conventional treatment and then observe patients＇ treatment effects and function recovery conditions between two groups. Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group is 94.29%, which is much lower than 80.95% in control group; there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clavicle hook plate treatment is of efficacy in treatment of patients with acromioclavicular dislocation; such a surgery treatment is easy to operate and conducive to dislocation recovery; and in addition, it is effective to promote recovery of shoulder function with few side effects, thus, such a treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied widespread.
