摘要
卵巢早衰(POF)目前尚无有效的治疗手段,采用间充质干细胞(MSCs)移植治疗POF取得了一定的效果。MSCs因其具有低免疫原性、可移植性、组织修复能力强等特征,目前被认为对于多种疾病的治疗具有重要的研究价值。基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)及其受体CXC chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4)组成的SDF-1/CXCR4轴在MSCs迁移中起重要作用,可否通过调控SDF-1/CXCR4诱导MSCs的归巢至卵巢而最大程度地发挥POF的临床治疗作用?本文就MSCs的归巢调控机制及在POF中的研究作一综述,以期为其应用于POF的治疗提供理论依据。
Premature ovarian failure (POF)causes serious damage to mental and physical health in middle-aged women,especially in childbearing-aged women.However,there is currently no effective treatment for POF.In recent years,the transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)has been considered as the effective treatment for POF.MSCs have characteristics of low immunogenicity,transferability and strong tissue repair capacity.Therefore,MSCs have important value in the treatment of many diseases.Stromal cell derived factor-1(SDF-1)and its cognate re-ceptor CXC chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4)play an important role in the migration of MSCs.The induction of homing of MSCs to ovary by regulating SDF-1/CXCR4 may exert the curative effect on POF to greatest extent.In this paper,we review the regulation mechanism of homing of MSCs to provide theoretical basis for the application of MSCs in the treatment POF.
