临床护理路径在HIV感染患者围术期健康教育中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染患者围术期健康教育中的应用效果。方法将130例HIV感染需接受手术治疗患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。对照组应用传统方法进行健康教育,观察组应用CNP进行健康教育。比较2组干预前后的健康教育效果、治疗依从性及护理人员工作满意度。结果干预后观察组治疗依从性较佳率、健康教育总优良率及护理人员工作满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用CNP对HIV感染患者围术期健康教育有较高的临床价值。 ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the efficacy of clinical nursing pathway (CNP)in the peri-operative health education in HIV-infected patients.Methods A total of 130 HIV-infected surgi-cal patients were randomly assigned to receive either traditional health education (control group, n=65)or CNP health education (control group,n=65).The efficacy of health education,treat-ment compliance and nurse job satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The better treatment compliance rate,excellent and good health education rate,and nurse job satisfac-tion in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05).Con-clusion CNP has high clinical value in the perioperative health education in HIV-infected pa-tients.
