摘要
介绍了弗卡斯石灰竖窑的工艺流程及其相关控制方式,着重说明工艺流程各个阶段控制方式的实现,并阐述弗卡斯石灰竖窑节能的特点。通过自动控制系统调节工艺参数,全过程完成了全部工艺流程的自动化。
The process flow and related control method of Fercalx vertical lime kiln are introduced, achievement of control at each phase of the process is explained with emphasis and the energy saving characteristic of Fercalx vertical lime kiln is discussed. Complete automation of the entire process flow was achieved through adjustment of process parameters by the automatic control system.
