儿童肺间质疾病的诊断思路 被引量：4

摘要 肺间质疾病（interstitial lung disease,ILD）是一大类在临床、影像及病理上具有共同特征,而病因不同的异质性疾病的总称。临床表现有因氧合障碍引起的气促、呼吸困难等,胸部影像显示肺部弥漫性病变,病理显示肺泡及肺间质的炎症,可进展为纤维化。
