摘要
从海南省东方市、三亚市采集芒果畸形病组织,运用柯赫氏法则证实分离物为该病的致病菌。采用Fusarium mangiferae的特异性鉴别引物1-3F/R和AF1对致病菌进行PCR鉴别,结合形态特征将其鉴定为F.mangiferae,这是芒果畸形病在海南省的首次报道。
Mango tissue samples infected by malformation disease were collected from Dongfang City and Sanya City, Hainan. Isolate MMD-30 was confirmed to be the pathogen of the disease through Koch＇s postulates. Based on species-specific PCR analysis with the primers 1-3 F/R and AF1 for Fusarium mangiferae, combined morphological identification, the isolate was confirmed to be F. mangiferae. This is the first discovery and identification of mango malformation disease caused by F. mangiferae in Hainan.
