摘要
了解和掌握高校足球教学中学生运动损伤的特点和规律,并据此采取有针对性的预防措施,将会大大降低运动损伤出现的几率,在提高学生足球教学中安全性的同时,对于高校足球教学质量的提升也有着积极的促进意义。因此,本文就针对高校足球教学中学生的运动损伤问题进行了有针对性的分析。文章首先从高校足球教学中学生运动损伤的时间特点、损伤部位以及损伤类型等几个方面对高校足球教学中学生运动损伤的规律进行了分析,然后进一步归纳和总结了引发高校足球教学中学生运动损伤的几个原因,即:自我保护意识差、准备活动不科学、技术动作不规范、运动负荷不科学、场地器材隐患,并在上述分析的基础上,提出了相应的预防策略,希望对高校足球教学活动中学生运动损伤事故问题的预防和高校足球教学活动的顺利开展能够有所助益。
To learn and grasp the characteristics and rule of students' sport injuries in college football teaching and take targeted prevention measures, will greatly reduce the probability of sport injuries, thereby improving the safety of students in football teaching, and meanwhile, it is also of positive significance to improve the quality of college football teaching. Therefore, this paper makes a pertinent analysis on students' sport injuries in college football teaching. It first analyzes the rules of students' sport injuries in college football teaching from the characteristics of the time when students' sport injuries occur, injured parts and the types of injuries, then further summarizes and concludes the reasons causing students' sport injuries, namely, poor consciousness of self-protection, unscientific preparation activities, irregular technical movements, unscientific sports load, hidden dangers of playgrounds and equipment, and based on the above analysis,proposes corresponding prevention strategies, hoping to benefit the prevention of students' sport injuries in college football teaching and the successful implementation of college football teaching.
