摘要
探讨临床药师参与重症监护室(ICU)药物治疗的方法。方法:选取笔者收集的我院2014年第三季度临床药师对ICU医师的用药干预及追踪结果,进行统计分析。结果:t临床药师干预的主要内容为药品的用法用量、联合用药、对不良反应的判断、配伍禁忌等。结论:临床药师通过在ICU开展治疗药学监护,提高了患者的药物治疗安全性和有效性,并体现了,临床药师在临床合理用药中的作用。
