摘要
现代雷达系统设备量大、集成度高、结构紧凑、走线空间小,给雷达系统布线工作带来了极大的挑战。文中将综合背板与综合线束相结合应用到雷达系统布线中,大大增强雷达系统的电磁兼容性、阵面可维护性。为保证综合背板的信号完整性和电流分布安全性,利用EDA软件进行仿真优化,使得设计一步到位,保证雷达系统的高可靠性。
The characteristics of modern radar system are more devices,high-density integration,compact structure and less wiring space,which bring great challenge to radar wiring. Synthetic board and synthetic strand are applied to radar system wiring. They can improve the electromagnetic compatibility and maintainability of radar. To guarantee the signal integrity and current distribution security,EDA software can be used for simulation and the design target can be achieved just once with high reliability of the radar.
