京海黄鸡杂交配套系亲本对柔嫩艾美耳球虫的敏感性 被引量:2

Comparation of the sensitivity of E.tenellaamong Jinghai yellow chicken hybrid matching system

摘要 为了有效评价京海黄鸡杂交配套系亲本BB、FF、WW对柔嫩艾美耳球虫的敏感性,本试验采用存活率、体增重、卵囊脱落数、盲肠记分、抗球虫指数(ACI)及一氧化氮(NO)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)等10项血浆指标对其进行综合评价。结果显示,WW感染组ACI值最高为143.1,BB感染组ACI值为142.6,两者均为抗球虫低效,FF感染组ACI值最低为119.3,为抗球虫无效。ACI值与CAT、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、白介素17(IL-17)、IFN-γ4个免疫指标相关显著(P<0.05)。在BB、FF、WW 3个感染组中,BB感染组NO、白介素12(IL-2)、IL-17、SOD含量显著高于FF感染组(P<0.05),BB、WW感染组差异不显著。结果表明,京海黄鸡杂交配套亲本BB鸡对柔嫩艾美耳球虫抗性显著高于FF鸡,略高于WW鸡。 In order to effectively evaluate sensitivity of E.tenella Jinghai yellow chicken hybrid matching system parental BB,FF,WW,survival,body weight gain,fecal oocyst shedding,cecum score,ACI and 10 plasma indicators(including nitric oxide,catalase,interferon-γ,etc.)were tested.The results showed that the ACI values of WW infected group was up to 143.4,BB was142.2,both of which were anti-coccidiosis inefficient.ACI values of FF infected group was 119.3,which was anticoccidial invalid.The correlations between ACI values and immune indexes[CAT,superoxide dismutase(SOD),interleukin-17(IL-17),IFN-γ]were significant(P〈0.05).The concentration of nitric oxide,interleukin-12,interleukin-17,SOD in BB infected group were significantly(P〈0.05)higher than FF infected group.There was no significant difference between BB and WW infected group.Comprehensive analysis showed that the Eimeria resistance of Jinghai yellow chicken hybrids matching system parental BB was significantly higher than FF chickens,slightly higher than WW chickens.
