摘要
兆瓦级风电机组用集中润滑系统,可自动定时、定量、定点地对传动件提供润滑。该系统的主要优点是:有效延长需润滑零部件的使用寿命;节约润滑油脂;大幅度降低维修及保养费用。集中润滑系统目前应用已十分广泛,大部分风力发电机组可选装该润滑系统。为了更好地掌握这一新技术,充分发挥它的先进性,本文主要介绍兆瓦级风电机组集中润滑系统的原理和构成,以及常见故障及处理方法。
The megawatt wind power turbines adopt centralized lubrication system which can automatically provide lubrication for transmission parts in timing, quantitative and fixed-point. The system can effectively prolong the using life of parts lubricated, save lubricants and largely reduce the cost of maintenance and repair. The system has a wide application currently and has been adopted by most parts of megawatt wind power turbines. For the purpose of better understanding the new technology and fully playing its advantages, the paper mainly introduced the principle and structure of the centralized lubrication system for megawatt wind power turbines, and the common faults and treatment methods.
