摘要
目的：Tarlov囊肿是常见腰腿痛的原因之一,总结Tarlov囊肿疼痛的特征,有利于引起临床医师的关注与重视,实现早期诊断与治疗。方法：总结我院自2005年9月～2014年6月收治的63例Tarlov囊肿患者的病因、首发症状、入院时临床表现及伴随症状,分析了疼痛的部位、类型、性质、程度等特征及其变化。结果：首次发作时,85.7%为单侧、局部疼痛,以间断性酸胀痛感为主,视觉模拟量表评分（visual analogue scale,VAS）平均2.8分,66.7%为轻度疼痛,随着病程延长,较前明显加重,入院时53.9%为双侧疼痛,43%累及下肢,以持续性钝性疼痛,阵发性锐痛为主,VAS平均4.6分,61.9%为中重度疼痛。结论：Tarlov囊肿是诱发腰骶部疼痛的重要病因之一,在临床诊断和治疗中应给予重视,根据其疼痛特征,及早诊断治疗。
Objective： It is necessary to summarize the characteristics of pains about Tarlov cyst,and these characteristics will arouse the concern and attention of the clinicians, and help early diagnosis and treatment of Tarlov cyst. Methods： We reviewed 63 cases with Tarlov cyst in our hospital from September 2005 to June 2014. We analyzed the characteristics of pain, the initial symptoms, clinical manifestations and the accompanying symptoms. Results： About the initial symptoms, 85.7% patients had the unilateral, local, softly sore pain. VAS is averaged 2.8 points（66.7% for mild pain）. The symptoms became worsen following the development of disease. In our hospital, 53.9% patients had the bilateral pains, 43% patients involved in the lower limbs, and endured dull pain with paroxysmal sharp pain. VAS averaged 4.6 points（61.9% for moderate or severe pain）. Conclusion： Since Tarlov cyst is one of the most prevalent causes of lumbosacral pain, we should pay more attention to the clinical diagnosis and treatment for the Tarlov cyst according to the characteristics of pains.
