摘要
目的探讨薪酬改革对低绩效护士工作效能的提高的作用及效果。方法选择受试者50人,通过匿名问卷进行调查,比较薪酬改革前后低绩效护士的工作效能变化。结果薪酬改革后差错发生率显著降低,与患者有效沟通率增加,工作效率效率提高,与改革前比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论合理的绩效考核与薪酬分配体系会增加护理人员主动服务意识与自律性,有效提高工作质量及效率,融洽护患关系,提高患者对护理的满意度。改革低绩效护士的薪酬是提高护理工作效能行之有效的方法之一。
Objective To explore the function and effect of salary reform to enhance the nursing work efficiency of nurses with low merit pay. Methods Select 50 nurses with low merit pay as the subjects, surveyed through the anonymous questionnaire and compared their task performance change before and after the salary reform. Results The incidence of nursing error reduced remarkably, the effective communication rate with the patients increased and the work efficiency was increased after the salary reform, there was a significant difference compared with that before the reform(P0.05). Conclusion The reasonable performance assessment andsalary distribution system can increase the active service awareness and autorhythmicity of nurses, enhance their working quality and efficiency effectively, improve the nurse-patient relationship and enhance the patients' satisfaction on nurses. Reform the low merit pay of nurses is one of the effective methods to enhance their nursing work efficiency.
