摘要
基于动车组结构功能复杂、部件种类和数量繁多的状况,从动车组层次化、模块化特点出发,给出动车组产品树建造方法,提出基于动车组产品树的结构功能、RAMS、维修需求、检修规程、备件管理等一系列分析方法,为动车组维修保障工作提供更加科学化、规范化的技术分析手段。
Due to the situation of EMU complex structural functions and large amounts of different kinds of components, the construction method of EMU product tree is proposed starting from the hierarchical and modular characteristics of EMU, and a series of analytical methods are put forward based on the structural functions, RAMS, maintenance requirements, overhauling specifications and spare parts management to provide more scientific and standardized analysis methods for EMU maintenance support work.
