摘要
为提高机车多翼式牵引风机的效率,建立风机的数学优化模型。该模型以风机叶轮为研究对象,将风机流动损失最小作为目标。采用差分演化算法对风机优化问题进行求解,将优化后的结果同常规相似设计进行对比,风机的流道损失降低16.79%,结果表明该方法的工程可行性。
To improve the efficiency of locomotive multi-blade traction fans, this paper establishes the optimal mathematical model of the fan. This model takes the impeller as the research objective,and takes the minimum flow loss as the target. By using differential evolution algorithm to solve fan optimization problems,the result shows that the passages loss of the fan is reduced 16.79 percent than the conventional design. The feasibility of this method is proven .
