摘要
当前中医临床医学的研究,许多疑难病证的诊治,不要仅局限在已往的观点上,应重视多学科的综合,建立一种严密的科学的分析与综合相结合基础上的探索性诊治规律。具体思路包括以下三方面:1)突破临床资料描述之局限,重视概括资料提供的结论,探究疾病内部联系性和规律性;2)同科不同病种的综合方法应用;3)异地同病资料的综合方法应用,即自己与前人同道经验的互学合参。遵循这一思路,对多种疑难杂证的诊疗进行尝试,取得了较好满意的结果。
The clinical medicine of traditional Chinese medicine research, diagnosis and treatment, cannot be limited in the past ＇s point of view, and should attach importance to the multi-disciplinary comprehensive, establish a rigorous scientific analysis and synthesis on the basis of the combination of exploratory law of diagnosis and treatment. Specific ideas including the above three aspects： firstly, breaking through the limitations of clinical data description, attaching great importance to the summarized data provide conclusions, exploreing the disease internal connecting and regularity. Secondly, comprehensive methods were applied for different diseases in the same discipline.Thirdly, different synthesis method with disease information were applied, namely their experience with fellow mutual learning and refer-ence. Following this train of thought, trying a variety of difficult miscellaneous certificate of diagnosis and treatment obtained a good satis-factory result.
