摘要
目的探讨健脾化湿解毒方法治疗缓解期痛风对炎性因子的影响。方法选择2013年9月—2014年9月我院收治的71例缓解期痛风患者,随机分为对照组31例,观察组40例,分别采用口服别嘌呤醇和运用中医健脾化湿的方法治疗,治疗6个月后,比较两组的治疗效果及炎性因子的水平。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者炎性因子均有下降,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但观察组在尿酸、IL-2、IL-6等指标上显著优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾化湿解毒方法能够显著降低缓解期痛风患者炎性因子的水平,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness and removing toxicity method on inflamma-tory factors of remission of gout. Methods Selecting 71 cases of gout in remission in our hospital from September 2013 to September2014, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated oral administration of allopurinol. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness. After six months of treatment, the treatment effect and the level of inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared. Results Inflammatory factors of the two groups were decreased, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Uric acid, IL-2, IL-6 and other indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion JThe invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness and removing toxicity method in the treatment of remission of gout can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
