摘要
财产如何才能实现公正的分配,是人类不可回避的问题。目前,财产分配不公,已经成为一种普遍的社会现象,严重影响了社会的稳定与发展,亟待加以研究和解决。在制度上,缺少一个公平分配财产的法典,是导致财产分配不公的重要原因。因此,要使得人类拥有和创造的财产得到公正的分配,制定一部"财产分配法"具有必要性和紧迫性。
How to achieve equitable property distribution is a prablem human beings can not evade. Currently, unequitable distribution of property calls for study and solution as a common social phenomenon seriously affecting the social stability and development. Institutionally, an important cause for this phenomenon lies in the lack of a code of fair distribution of property. Therefore, in order to equitably distribute the property and assets possessed or created by human beings, the enactment of properiy distribution act is necessary and urgent.
