摘要
电磁搅拌特性直接影响着结晶器内钢液流动行为。基于包含电磁力的Navier-Stokes方程,采用数值方法研究了电磁搅拌作用下的钢液流场。数值结果表明:电磁搅拌下圆坯结晶器内钢液所受电磁力呈轴对称分布,其值从圆坯边缘到中心逐渐递减,施加电磁搅拌后,钢液的冲击深度减少,结晶器液面流速增加。
The characteristics of electromagnetic stirring affect the fluid flow in the continuous casting mold directly. Based on the Navier-Stokes equation involving in the electromagnetic force, numerical method is applied to investigate the flow field of molten steel in the case of electromagnetic stirring. Numerical results show that, the electromagnetic force, which is acting on the molten steel in the round bloom mold with electromagnetic stirring, has axially symmetrical distribution, and the magnitude of electromagnetic force decreases from the edge of the round bloom to the center. And electromagnetic stirring can decrease the impact depth of molten steel and increase the flow velocity at the surface of the mold.
