随着全球温室效应加强，开始形成气候变暖趋势，如何控制二氧化碳的排放，已成为世界关注重要课题。如今，二氧化碳的捕集封存技术（CCS）己在多个国家开展，但项目的开展联系众多，受制约因素较多，如何顺利进行项目建设，也是我们关注的内容。
