摘要
地方高校在为地方经济社会服务的过程中成长,是地方的人才源、智能源、文化源。作为人才源,地方高校要念好4本经:第一,高校的根本任务是培养人;第二,提高质量是高校永恒的主题;第三,本科是基础;第四,培养人是知识、能力、素质三要素的综合提高。这4本"经"应该天天念。作为智能源,高校要发挥自己的智力优势,为地方政府和地方经济社会发展出思想、出主意、出政策。作为文化源,高校要利用自身的学科优势,结合地方文化的资源优势,为提高地方文化品位做出贡献。
The local higher institutions are growing up in the process of providing services for the local economy and sociality, and they are the resources of the talent, wisdom and the culture. As the resource of talents, the local universities and colleges should put the efforts on the four perspectives. Firstly, the basic task of universities is to cultivate the talent; secondly, to improve the quality is the eternal subject of the universities; thirdly, the undergraduate is the base; fourthly, the training of talents is the comprehensive improvement of knowledge, capability and the quality. The four aspects should be paid attention to every moment. As the resource of the wisdom, the universities should make full use of their own advantages, to put forward some ideas, thoughts and policies for the local government and local economies. As the resource of the culture, the universities should make full use of their advantages in the disciplines, making contributions to the improvement of the local culture positioning combining with the local culture advantages.
