摘要
目的探讨树脂粘接技术对于劈裂牙、折裂牙在保存牙体修复中应用。方法将因牙体解剖形态、生物力学、医源性因素等方面造成牙劈裂、牙折(冠折、冠根折)的41例患者,共涉及58颗(前牙34颗,后牙24颗)患牙作为研究对象,在保守牙体修复中,采取树脂粘接技术,观察临床疗效。结果其中患牙优16例20颗占34.5%,良22例31颗占53.5%,临床总优良率为88%;治疗后上下颌疗效比较,上颌牙40颗优良率为92.5%,下颌牙18颗优良率为77.8%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论树脂粘接技术在保存牙体修复中是一种临床可行的治疗方法,逐渐成为牙折、牙劈裂治疗的第一选择,它可以使相当一部份患牙得以保存。
Objective To discuss the resin bonding technology for split teeth,the fracture teeth used in the preservation of dental restoration. Methods Due to tooth anatomy,biomechanics,iatrogenic factors caused the teeth splitting,there were 41 cases of tooth fracture which included crown and crown root fracture,involving a total of 58 teeth（ anterior teeth 34,24 posterior teeth）. The resin bonding technology was used for conservative dentistry and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results The clinical total excellent and good rate was 88%（ excellent： 34. 5%; good： 53. 5%） after treatment. The excellent and good rate was 92. 5% in maxillary anterior teeth and 77. 8% in posterior teeth after treatment,and there was no difference between them. Conclusion Resin bonding technique is a method of treatment of clinical feasible in the preservation of dental restoration,gradually become fractured tooth,tooth fracturing treatment of first choice,and it can make a considerable part of teeth preserved.
