摘要
川北某金矿样中主要矿物为黄铁矿、石英及绢云母等,对该金矿样中石英矿物资源的高效回收利用工艺进行了系统试验研究。结果表明,石英回收率最高达89.6%,石英产品的SiO2含量高达99%以上,Fe2O3含量在0.1%左右,实现石英资源高效回收,提高企业的经济效益,减少尾矿排放量,有显著的环境效益。
The main minerals of one gold deposit in north Sichuan are pyrite, quartz, sericite, etc. This article has made a systematic study on the technology about recycling the quartz mineral resources of the gold deposit efficiently. As the results show, the recovery rate of quartz is 89.6% and the SiO2 content of this quartz product is more than 99%, in the meantime, the Fe2O3 content is as low as 0.1%. The advantages of this technology are shown as follow: the efficient recycling of quartz resources, improving the enterprise economic efficiency, reducing the emissions of the tailings,an obvious environmental benefits.
