摘要
针对架空人车用钢丝绳的安全性要求,提出了新型的磁通平衡损伤检测和采用股波定位原理,详述了钢丝绳损伤在线检测系统的总体结构和检测原理。基于现场安装应用,数据表明该系统可以识别抱索器、钢丝绳编结规格、以及各类钢丝绳的断丝、断股、接头长度改变等故障状况的在线实时监测,具有极高的可靠性和准确性。
Wire ropes play an important role in passenger aerial ropeway. Considering the safety requirement,a new detection system has been presented, based on the flux balance theory and strand peak valley changes, the problem of wire rope damage measurement and localization are solved. The structure and software architecture of wire rope testing system have been introduced in details. The results of field application suggest that this system is convenient and rapid,the detecting curves in detecting and evaluating the condition for wire rope, such as rope clip, wire rope knotted specifications, rope or strand broken, splice movement and other faults are reliable and accurate.
