摘要
大力推进院校任职培训战斗文化的实战化教学,是军事文化教育的本质属性,是培养高素质新型军事文化人才的现实要求。经习近平主席批准,中央军委颁发的《关于提高军事训练实战化水平的意见》,对我军提高实战化训练水平作出了一系列明确规定,强调把我军实战化训练提高到一个新水平。军事文化艺术教育是军事训练的重要组成部分,对提高院校和部队教学训练的实战化水平,发挥着重要作用。在新的形势和任务面前,我们要乘势而上,深化改革,勇于创新,采取切实可行的改革举措,大力推进战斗文化的实战化教学,为实现党在新形势下的强军目标,提供更多的高素质新型军事文化艺术人才。
To vigorously promote actual combat in the teaching and on-the-job training of combat culture is the essential attribute of military culture education as well as the realistic requirement to cultivate new-type and high-quality talents in the field of military culture. Upon the approval of Chairman Xi, issued by the Central Military Commission, ＂Opinions on How to Improve the Level of Military Combat Training＂ has made a series of specific provisions to improve the level of our army＇ s actual combat training, which takes it as the top priority to improve our army＇ s combat training to a new level. The education of military culture and art is an important part of military training, therefore it plays an important role to improve the level of actual combat in military universities＇ and all other armed forces＇ training. In front of the new situation and task, we should ride on the momentum by deepening the reform, winning through innovation, and taking the feasible reform measures to promote the actual combat in the teaching of combat culture, thus achieving the Party＇ s goal of a strong army in the new situation, as well as providing more high-quality and new-type talents in the field of military culture and art.
