毛细管GC法测定还原型谷胱甘肽中有机溶剂的残留量

摘要 目的建立毛细管气相色谱法测定还原型谷胱甘肽中4种有机溶剂的残留量。方法采用气相色谱法,DB-624毛细管柱(60m×0.25mm×0.25μm),FID检测器,柱温为程序升温,以DMF-水(3∶7)为溶剂,测定了还原型谷胱甘肽原料药中甲醇、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、四氢呋喃4种有机溶剂的残留量。结果 4种有机溶剂均能完全分离,在所考察的范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率均满意。结论该方法灵敏、准确,适用于还原型谷胱甘肽原料中有机溶剂残留量的检测。 Objective To establish a gas chromatography(GC)method for the determination of residual organic solvents in reduced glutathione.Method Capillary gas chromatography(GC)was applied.The residues of menthanol,ethanol,dichlormethane and tetrahydrofuran were determined by GC with DB-624 capillary column(60m×0.25mm×0.25μm),and hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID).The column temperature was programmed.The solvent was DMF-water(3∶7).Results The four solvents were separated completely and showed a linear relationship in the investigated range.Satisfactory recovery rate were obtained.Conclusion The established method is sensitive,accurate and suitable for the determination of residual organic solvents in reduced glutathione.
