摘要
为寻找保险公司中介业务市场违规的症结所在,规范市场秩序,提高保险行业运行效率,该文以2008-2013年我国中资保险公司为研究对象,从保险公司、保险专业中介、保险监管三个视角运用logistic模型实证分析保险公司声誉、保险专业中介等对保险公司中介业务市场违规行为的影响。实证结果表明,保险公司的资产收益率越低、公司规模越大、市场份额越高,中介业务市场违规行为越容易发生;保险公司越是片面追求保费规模及保险专业中介机构较低的市场份额,都会导致保险公司中介业务市场违规行为的更多发生;治理措施对违规行为有抑制作用。
In order to find the crux of illegal intermediary business of insurance companies,standardize market order and improve the operational efficiency of insurance industry,this paper uses logistic model to empirically analyze the effects of corporate reputation and professional insurance intermediaries on?irregularities of insurance intermediary business based on the Chinese insurance companies' penal data from2008 to 2013from insurance company,insurance intermediary and insurance regulator perspective.The innovation of this article is to use the reputation index and analyze the governance effect,which provides empirical support for finding the incentive of illegal behavior.The results show that the lower return on assets,the larger insurance firm scale and market share,or undue emphasis on the premium,then the more likely to commit illegal activities.The higher market share of insurance professional institution,the more strict the governance measures,and the less violation behaviors.Therefore,in order to strengthen the management of insurance intermediary business and maintain insurance market order,it should lead insurance firms to improve the management of reputation and follow the path of connotative development,at the same time enhance competitiveness of professional insurance intermediary and continue to strengthen market supervision.
