摘要
对棉纤维进行阻燃预处理并与玄武岩纤维进行混纺,开发了以棉纤维和玄武岩纤维为原料的阻燃面料。通过对混纺纱强力、毛羽和条干均匀性的检测,优化棉和玄武岩纤维的混纺比例为80/20;测试了蜂巢组织小样织物的服用性能。棉/玄武岩纤维混纺阻燃面料结合了棉纤维和玄武岩纤维的优异特性,满足阻燃和服用双重标准。
Cotton fibers were pretreated with fire reta dant and blended with basalt fibers to make flameproof fabrics.The best blending ratio was 80/20.Basalt fibers and cotton fibers were blended then applied in clothes,both of excellent performance were united,flameproof standard and wear ability standard were satisfied.
