特需门诊患者满意度调查分析

Analysis of satisfaction degree of patients in special requirement outpatient service

摘要 目的:了解特需门诊患者的就诊需求,从而针对性采取措施提供更好的服务。方法:根据特需门诊实际情况,采用自行设计的问卷对100例特需就诊患者随机抽样调查。结果:患者对候诊时间和就诊秩序满意度较低,为86%和89%;特需门诊挂号和检查化验结果的反馈满意率为92%和95%;得到健康知识宣教和保护个人隐私满意率为96%和98%;其他方面的医疗服务和医疗水平给予了较高的评价。结论:患者对特需门诊的满意度较高,但有些方面还有待提高。 Objective;To understand the requirement of patients in special requirement outpatient for taking measures to provide better service.Methods:According the practical condition of special requirement outpatient,the questionnaire was designed and 100 patients of special requirement outpatient were randomly investigated.Results:The investigation showed that the satisfaction degree of watting time and order of diagnosis was as low as 86%and 89%;the satisfaction degree of registering and feed-back of examinations was 92%and 95%;the satisfaction degree of healthy knowledge propaganda obtaining and protesting individual privacy was 96%and 98%;the higher evaluation was obtained in other medical service,medical diagnosis and treatment level.Conclusion;The satisfaction degree of patients is higher in the special requirement outpatient.But some serice still need to be improved.
