摘要
目的:了解鲍曼不动杆菌在标本与科室分布及其耐药性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:采用法国生物梅里埃公司ATB-Expression分析仪进行细菌鉴定,K-B法进行体外药敏试验。结果:共分离出鲍曼不动杆菌328株,标本分布以痰液及支气管吸出物检出最多,占78.0%,其次是分泌物标本和尿液标本;鲍曼不动杆菌感染以院内为主,尤其重症医学科分布最多,其次是呼吸内科。该菌耐药现象严重,耐药率最低的抗生素是头孢哌酮/舒巴坦。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌已成为医院感染的重要致病菌,对多种抗菌药物存在高耐药率。
Objective:To investigate the distribution of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from different specimens and departments and analyze the drug resistance so as to provide basis for reasonable clinical use of antibiotics.Methods:ATB-Expression analysis system was used for the identification of bacteria,the resistance tests were performed by K-B method.Results:Off totally 328 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated,78.0%were isolated from the sputum and bronchial suction fluid,and next was in the secretion and urine samples.Noso-comial infection was mainly caused by acinetobacter baumannii,especially distributed in the department of critical medicine and the department of respiratory medicine.The degree of drug-resistant was severe.Cefoperazone-shubatan was the antibiotic with the lowest drug resistant rate.Conclusion:Acinetobacter baumannii has been the most frequent cause of nosocomial infection.There exists a high drug-resistance rate against a variety of antibiotics.
